Welcome to Curse Craft. By joining our server, website, or Discord you agree to abide by the rules below. Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse. Rules are subject to change it is your responsibility to stay informed.

§ GENERAL RULES - ALL PLATFORMS
1.1 — Respect Everyone
Harassment, bullying, hate speech, slurs, or targeted toxicity toward any player or staff is strictly prohibited on all platforms.
Punishment: Warn → Temp Ban → Perm Ban
1.2 — No Discrimination
Racist, sexist, homophobic, or discriminatory language or behaviour results in an immediate permanent ban with no appeal.
Punishment: Permanent Ban
1.3 — No Threats or Doxxing
Real-life threats, sharing personal information of others, or intimidating players outside the game is a permanent ban across all platforms.
Punishment: Permanent Ban
1.4 — No Impersonation
Do not impersonate staff members, other players, or the Curse Craft brand in any capacity.
Punishment: Kick → Temp Ban
1.5 — No Advertising
Do not advertise other Minecraft servers, Discord servers, or external services without prior staff permission.
Punishment: Mute → Temp Ban
1.6 — No NSFW Content
Explicit, sexual, or grotesque content is not permitted anywhere on any platform under any circumstance.
Punishment: Permanent Ban
1.7 — Staff Decisions Are Final
If you disagree with a punishment, submit a ban appeal through the website. Do not argue in public chats or repeatedly DM staff.
Punishment: Mute → Temp Ban

IN-GAME RULES
— Cheating & Exploits —
2.1 — No Hacked Clients or Cheats
Includes kill-aura, auto-clicker above 20 CPS, X-ray, fly hacks, speed hacks, or any modification giving an unfair advantage.
Punishment: Permanent Ban
2.2 — No Exploiting Bugs
If you discover a bug, glitch, or dupe method report it to staff immediately. Exploiting it for personal gain is treated the same as cheating.
Punishment: Temp Ban → Perm Ban
2.3 — Allowed Mods
Optifine, Sodium, Iris, minimaps without entity radar, and purely cosmetic mods are permitted. Ask staff before using any modification you are unsure about.
— Griefing & Stealing —
2.4 — No Griefing
Destroying, altering, or defacing another player's build without their explicit permission is prohibited. This includes lava or water casting near builds.
Punishment: Temp Ban → Perm Ban
2.5 — No Stealing
Taking items from chests, farms, or builds that are not yours is not permitted even if they are unlocked.
Punishment: Warn → Temp Ban
2.6 — No Trapping or Spawn Camping
Building traps to kill players, camping spawn areas, or repeatedly killing a specific player against their will is not allowed.
Punishment: Warn → Kick → Temp Ban
— Chat & Behaviour —
2.7 — No Spamming
Repeated messages, excessive caps, symbol flooding, or command spam disrupts the experience for everyone.
Punishment: Mute
2.8 — English in Global Chat
Please use English in public chat so staff can moderate effectively. Other languages are welcome in private messages or party chats.
Punishment: Warn
2.9 — No Scamming
Any trade, deal, or promise made in-game is expected to be honoured. Scamming players out of items, currency, or ranks is a punishable offence.
Punishment: Temp Ban → Perm Ban
2.10 — Respect the Economy
Do not intentionally inflate or crash the in-game economy through mass dumping, price manipulation, or hoarding with intent to harm other players.
Punishment: Warn → Temp Ban

⬡ WEBSITE RULES
3.1 — Keep Posts Relevant
Post in the correct forum section. Off-topic posts, spam threads, or low-effort content will be removed without notice.
3.2 — No Bumping Dead Threads
Do not reply to threads older than 30 days purely to bring them back to the top unless you have genuinely new information to add.
Punishment: Warn
3.3 — No Malicious Links
Posting links to phishing sites, IP loggers, scam pages, or malware will result in an immediate permanent ban.
Punishment: Permanent Ban
3.4 — Use Appeals Properly
The Ban Appeals section is for serious, well-written appeals only. Troll appeals or reposting a denied appeal will be removed.
Punishment: Warn
3.5 — One Account Per Person
Creating multiple website accounts to bypass punishments or game any system is not permitted.
Punishment: Permanent Ban
3.6 — Appropriate Profile Content
Profile pictures, banners, usernames, and signatures must not contain NSFW, offensive, or rule-violating content.
Punishment: Warn → Temp Ban

◈ DISCORD RULES
4.1 — Use the Correct Channels
Each channel has a stated purpose keep conversations where they belong.
Punishment: Warn
4.2 — No Mass Pings
Only staff may use @everyone or @here. Pinging staff repeatedly for non-urgent matters is not permitted.
Punishment: Mute
4.3 — No DM Advertising
Do not cold-DM members with server links, promotions, or spam. Reports of this result in an immediate server ban.
Punishment: Permanent Ban
4.4 — Keep Voice Channels Civil
No earrape, disruptive soundboards, screaming, or playing music over others without group consent.
Punishment: Kick → Mute
4.5 — Use Spoiler Tags
Use Discord spoiler tags ||like this|| when discussing Jujutsu Kaisen or other anime spoilers in relevant channels.
Punishment: Warn
4.6 — Follow Discord's Terms of Service
All members must comply with Discord's own ToS and Community Guidelines at all times.
Punishment: Permanent Ban
